Donna & Paul’s wedding was one of the most amazing wedding photography experiences I have had to date. It was a 3 day event with the 1st day travelling down to Hokitika and meeting up with Donna and Paul and doing a photography recce around the locations they had in mind. The following day was their wedding day and it was a stunning day. Perfect weather for a helicopter ride up into the mountains! My first time in a helicopter and I wasn’t to keen on the ride but once we landed….the views were breath taking. It was 2 degrees and Donna was keen as mustard to get some amazing shots and not worry about the cold…. which is just what any wedding photographer wants to hear. Anyway needless to say it was an amazing experience and photographing your wedding and really getting the opportunity to feel like I was a part of your family by the time we left was the icing on the cake.
